  This restaurant has been around for many years. Their reputation in the Central Jersey area is rather comparable to most thriving and successful Chinese restaurants such as Shanghai House and Edison House, for many years. Truly, they are one of the better dim sum restaurants in the area with the great quality and taste of their authentic Chinese food. Definitely not Americanized (which is Chinese food that is more sweet than salty, for the most part - this term and definition exists, trust me). Service is speedy. Cooking is prompt, too. Excellent overall. Ambiance is not really for hanging out for youngsters. More of a family-oriented type of restaurant or a quick friends get together for some really delicious Chinese food and/or dim sum. Overall highly recommended.

  This place was highly recommended from a Facebook group I'm in. Usually, people's recommendations are trash, but i looked at their menu, and some pictures of the food, and i knew this place was for real.
  
  I haven't been able to go for the dim sum yet, which i heard was really good. But we went for dinner last night. We ordered the beef stick and shrimp dumplings for appetizers. The beef was really tender and perfectly seasoned. And the shrimp dumplings had that fresh pop, and very clean flavor.
  
  We ordered the seafood pan fried noodles and yin yang fried rice for our main meal. The rice was on par with my other favorite places. The seafood pan fried noodles had the best seafood I've had. The shrimps were huge and had that snap when you bite into them. Scallops were good enough. Squid was the most tender I've had.
  
  We all had red bean soup for dessert, which was the perfect end to the meal. There were only three Cantonese style places in NJ that i know of that are worth going to. Now that I've been to Wonder Seafood, I'm happy to have four.

  You know this place has good Chinese food when it's filled with Chinese people. Don't come here for the best wait staff or an American culture eating experience as far as dining goes, you'll be disappointed. But that should be expected, it does not cater to people who want to be waited on. You come here for authentic food. And when it's busy you can share a table, brings me back to feeling like I'm in an Asian country again eating out.
