  2 star rating for willful ignorance of their customer base and cultural unawareness. I came to the TDBank in Edison, NJ a week before Chinese New Year looking for clean dollar bills for red envelopes and learned that they did not carry any newly minted bills on reserve. Of all places, I would expect a bank in EDISON, NJ to be aware of this major holiday coming up and the tradition of giving clean bills in red envelopes. Every bank in Chinatown does this and Edison has a major Chinese community.
