  This place is terrible when is comes the customer service. I agree with previous comments the phone etiquette here is terrible. a lot of the staff hardly speak English & have thick Spanish accents. Spoke to only 2 ppl in this place that were helpful Andrea & Suzanna. I strongly advise not getting anything from this place. I was scheduled for an appointment & the tech never showed up to my home. What a joke this company is. More than unprofessional. Anytime I call this place I automatically ask for Andrea or Suzanna they seem to be the only two who know what’s going on with the many reoccurring issues I have with them
