  Had a package of medicine being delivered. Saw the UPS truck outside and by the time I got downstairs he was gone. No doorbell. No knock. No package. I checked every one of my neighbor's doors - no package. I called UPS immediately and simultaneously chatted on their website. They couldn't contact the driver. They had to contact local dispatch who would get back to me within an hour. DID I SAY THIS WAS MEDICINE? Two hours later and no call from dispatch. I call back and after reeming out customer service rep he thinks it best to transfer me to a supervisor. She puts me on hold to call the local dispatch. I've been on hold for 15 minutes. THIS IS LOGISTICS? Hey, UPS, everyone of your drivers has a cell phone. When they scan a package they're supposed to do it at my door so GPS can see where they left the package. Of course they are claiming they do not have that information. IT SHOULD NOT TAKE ANY LONGER THAN 5 MINUTES TO CONTACT A DRIVER!!!! THIS IS TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!! AN IDIOT CAN ORGANIZE LOGISTICS BETTER THAN THIS!!!! Bad! Bad! Bad! The driver is claiming he dropped it at my door. I was at my door a minute after he pulled away. NOT THERE.
