  Okay, let's start with the positives.
  
  A+ : The atmosphere is great, staff is very polite and welcoming.
  
  F : The end color result. I asked for a balayage service and showed a picture of what I was looking for : I explained that my hair tends to go warm, red-orange over time, and I wanted to stay away from it. Two hours later, I thought it looked okay under the salon lighting. The moment I was in my car, I was mortified. Orange, brassy streaks all over my head. I called back asking for a second appointment to fix. Ultimately, my hair was so awful (it happened over the weekend) : I fixed myself with L'Oreal Preference (Anti-Brass technology), to combat the orange tone.
  
  Thankfully, I'm back to a dark shade, but it cost me $170 in the process : $160 for orange hair, and $10 to fix it at home.
  
  Be careful if you're like me and have naturally dark hair!
