  My case was long and took some time because of my busy schedule. Because of this, getting into contact with the office started out a little difficult but after I let the staff know that my work hours were the reason, and so we were able to coordinate times to get into contact with each other. I let Omar know about my case and my work situation and he handled it very well. He worked very closely with me and he kept me in the loop and made sure I was always up to date and informed. Overall, I am very happy with the result and the service provided. I am giving them 5 stars because they were very efficient and were always in contact with me.
