  Awful customer service. The "owner"/ office manager accused me of stealing an insurance check. She went as far as telling my son (who was the actual patient) that he will be "haunted by bad credit" for a long time. When I called the insurance company, the claim officer said that a check hadn't been cashed and that it probably was just missing in the mail. My insurance company immediately made the payment and resolved the matter. I don't think I have ever been as aggravated as I was when dealing with this unprofessional business owner. Just awful.
