  The doctor is nice, but her staff is terrible. I've been seeing her for several years, continuing even after I moved almost an hour away, but I can't manage it anymore. The wait times are endless. Then, after my last appointment, which was followed by a blood draw at a 3rd party facility, I received a call from the office staff saying that I would need to speak to the doctor because of the results. But the staff member wouldn't tell me what the issue was, wouldn't put me through to the doctor, and couldn't find an appointment for me sooner than two months off. So basically, she put me into an absolute panic, then left me to stew about it for two months. I had to get my results from Quest & fax them to my primary in order to get medical advice. On top of that, I don't think the staff member understood about half of what I said.
  It was just the last straw, after a whole bunch of others.
  I'm sad to drop the doctor, but if she wants to maintain her practice, she's going to need to work on her hiring policies.

  Just started going last year found everything to be very good wait not too long for me.
