  For one thing..Millbrook Village should not have smokers & nonsmokers in the same building, only because I can't even enjoy my balcony because the man down stairs smoke like it's tomorrow. I don't like to open my window because my apartment smells like cigarettes I don't smoke so it's very annoying to smell that. Second people parks in the handicap spot who's not handicap! Third they say no pets but that's all I see is pets in this complex little dogs and cats! So let's talk about the cars with the covers over them clearly they're not being used taking up space, no commercial vehicle yea ok that's all I see too. So why not have a signed parking space for people that are actually using they vehicle every single day!
