  This buffet is way better than Golden Corral. I tried both and the food at the Home Town Buffet in Edison has the best food. The hot food remains hot and the cold food stay cold. The staff is kind and makes every effort to consider every customer's needs. My wife and I eat at this Home Town Buffet at least 3 times a month because the prices are reasonable. The important idea is that the diverse menu allows you choices than most other restaurants. It seems that most other restaurants in the area deep fry everything. At least at the Home Town Buffet you have healthy choices like salads, vegetables, and baked fish as well as batter fried fish. The desserts are small and you can have as much or as little as you want. Thanks.
