  OWNERS are rude and nasty. I had no hot water all night and when the owners finally answered the phone they didn't care and were extremely rude. Came to fix" the water and it went right back to being cold. The owners were rude when we came to check into the hotel and asked to see a room, it felt as if we were bothering her. Although the rooms are nice and I wanted to be a regular customer, the owners are terrible and even told me she didn't care and to get out of her office.
  I was late to work because of this and owners did nothing about the situation.
  
  I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

  They treated my mom and myself and sister very nice during our extended stay the manager Ms.Sonia and her mom were very beautiful down to earth people,this is very family friendly
