    The absolute worst customer service you will ever have to deal with in your life. If you don’t have good credit purchase furniture elsewhere. The sales agents are low class, the management is terrible and they have no problem screaming at you over the phone or cutting you off while you’re speaking. I’ve been hung up on twice by two different managers. I’ve never cursed at any of their associates and when I have to push to get my point across I use a very calm tone to the point where there is absolutely no reason for them to speak to me the way that they do. I was late on my payments for my living room and bedrooms set. I was ignoring the phone calls from the store because my family was in a financial bind and I couldn’t make a payment arrangement because I didn’t know when money would be coming in. The phone calls from Aarons stopped but phone calls from random phone numbers began and I, like thousands of other people, don’t answer phone calls from numbers that I don’t know. When I did finally answer a phone call from a random number, the man introduced himself as an Aarons associate, I immediately hung up the phone and called the main store to speak to a manager regarding my account. A payment arrangement was made and the account was made current within 48 hours.Unbeknownst to us, but what we “should have known”, was that when you are late for a payment on your furniture, Aarons pays the corporate store on your behalf so that when you view your online account it looks like you have paid and are current but really you owe money for that month. No one called us to inform us otherwise and since we had paid over $600 to bring our account current we assumed that they charged us an extra month to secure the account. A few weeks into the month of February I received a phone call, missed it and returned it to find out that we owe for the month of February even though our online account said that we did not owe until March 1. I was chastised on the phone by the account manager who told me that I should have known that the online account information was incorrect. Then began speaking over me and further chastising me while I was arranging a payment to cover the month of February for Monday (this phone call happened on a Saturday or Sunday. Along with making a payment arrangement , I wanted to schedule a pick up for the living room set. We made an appointment for the same Monday that they would be receiving the money to pay for the month of February. No call no show. Around 8:57 PM I called them to find out why no one called us or bothered to show up. I was then screamed and yelled at by the very same associate who leased us our furniture, which means she had already made her commission off of our agreement for living room and bedroom set, her salesman personality went away and she was ignorant, rude and nasty. Her name is Carmen and she was literally screaming, didn’t realize that my boyfriend was on three-way. She stopped screaming abruptly when she heard his voice on the line and became very subdued and meek almost instantly. This is how they treat you when you do business with them. They must be used to dealing with people that like to be treated like garbage. I have called the corporate customer service number and put in a ticket to receive a phone call from their district manager. I will not stop until something is done about it. I have been in customer service and sales for 10 years and I have never spoken to a customer the way that they and their managers have spoken to me. I wish that I had not been polite to them, I wish I had not been cordial, I wish I had cussed them out but they think that they can talk down to me because I have low credit but at least I have more class and self respect. Save your money buy from craigslist, buy from Facebook marketplace or let go before you go to this store.

    Bad customer service poor communication skills. I would not recommend STAY AWAY!!!!!
