  BEWARE!!!
  
  We are in the process of suing him for refusing to return an unused deposit for work he did not do and is not qualified to complete. This all started when my parents asked him to build a carport which he said he has done before. After he found an engineer to draw up the plans for the township, we find out this person was not licenced to work in NJ. We had to go and get the money back from that engineer which he luckily returned.
  Then he found an architect that was also a shady character that stole about $1400 for plans that were worthless.
  
  After losing all that money because of his poor judgement, we decided to sever ties to him but the nightmare continues.
  
  I will update this post after the court date.
