  This is a highly professional shop. The shop closest to my accident couldn't take me for three weeks, so State Farm called ANJ, which was some distance away but took charge of everything. Estimators Tammy and Sebastian conscientiously saw to every detail, handling insurance documents and signatures by email, getting genuine Honda parts, and keeping me informed at all stages. Work was completed days ahead of the projected date. Upon pickup, Frank, the shop manager, walked me through everything that was done, while Laurie the receptionist chatted with my little granddaughter. They even washed the car. Sebastian promptly answered follow-up questions days after by email. Even minor accidents can cause serious inconvenience, but ANJ minimized difficulties and offered valuable reassurance. They are a classy and polished operation.
