  Went here for the first time...great service...nice patient staff...I was very reluctant as was having a haircut after 1.5 years....but they did it exactly as I wanted....loved it...thank you.

  I and my wife had visited (1/28) at 6.30 pm . She wanted a wash, cut and blowdry. Wish the person there should have sent us back without taking us in.
  
  Despite showing her photo from previous cut , despite asking not to cut short and reduce volume, the person(a man who couldn't understand english) ruined my wife's hair. Pretty sure he is a novice.
  
  Volume was reduced by almost 50%. My wife is devastated . It was done so bad and in hurry, In between, the lady left for the day. She was talking to my wife
  in English and conversing with the person who was cutting the hair in their regional language
  
  We were too shocked to even respond.. My wife was in her last week of pregnancy. It was her birthday next day.
  
  The most cruel part was the other man who was closing the shop at 7 pm, on us pointing to the shabby haircut , responding with a smirk that he was not the owner.
  
  How could you do this to any customer, especially a woman expecting a child .
