  Had a water heater installed in the morning & by nighttime had a major leak. The service has gotten worse since. Called the hotline number they gave me and they said they would contact an emergency dispatch to get someone out "right away" to look at the issue. 12 hour later... I'm still waiting. Tried to call the office later at night, automated voicemail said to call back during business hours. I called first thing in the morning (7am) and I was told dispatch doesn't open til 8am and they would try to get to me today. Then they gave me a 4 hour time window that they may get to me. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told managers don't come in til 9am. I was also told if they can't solve the problem, I will be charged $150 just for them coming out. Tried calling Home Depot because they are partnered together and they are even less helpful. But they were happy to take my $1000+...
